The most widely held theory of politics is also the simplest: the powerful get what they want. Financial regulation is driven by the interests of banks, health policy by the interests of insurance companies, and tax policy by the interests of the rich. Add a comment

This is it!!! I have had it. This is a culmination of so many incidents that have caused me to throw in the towel and accept my country, my people and my government for the failure that they are. Maybe not a complete failure, but they have failed where it counts, respect for our own, respect for the citizens. Complete and utter failure in providing the basic services that a national of a country requires. Add a comment

The multiple characterization of the war
Neo-fascists and some historians characterize the Second Ethio-Italian war as a short-lived colonial war. This definition was based on the intent of the Italian Fascist leader rather than the outcome of the war. Mussolini wished that the defeat of Ethiopia would open up a colonial settlement that will solve the dire economic situation Italy was facing at the time. Add a comment
