GIGAWATT GLOBAL, an Israeli company said on Thursday that it will invest USD 500 million in Ethiopia in renewable energy and human resource development.
Josef I. Abramowitz, CEO of the company announced the plan following discussions with Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Dessalegn alongside other Israeli companies.
Egypt’s Foreign Minister, Sameh Shoukry will visit Addis Ababa next week.
