The 2nd GERD reservoir impounding is nearly completed with over topping expected tonight. The Reporter’s sources at the project site stated that over topping is expected tonight although it was previously expected at 9:00 pm on july 19. Surges in the amount of water entering the reservoir in recent days are said to have shortened the time by a day to the night of July 18.
