Police arrested another top official from Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics Services Enterprises (ESLSE) suspected of corruption involving 2.8 million birr.
Tenager Yismaw, the Enterprise’s Ports Operation Supervision Department head was arrested this week which brings the number of high profile arrests from the same Enterprise to six.
The arrest is linked with illegal payment of 2.8 million birr from container crane service. He was suspected of ordering payments of the aforementioned amount while the service from container crane was not delivered.
