Fuel transporters give 10 days ultimatum to boycott

Ethiopian Bulk Fuel Transport Owners’ Association give ten days ultimatum to stop operation, unless government improve their profit margin.

Hundreds of the Association’s members unanimously voted in favor of the strike action at a general assembly held at Wabi Shebele hotel today.

With the existing profit margin determined by government, a trip between Addis ababa and Djibouti cost 75,000 Br, 25,000 Br lower than the actual cost, according to a study presented by the Association.
