EPRDF Congress dwells on two-year report in groups

The 11th Congress of the Ethiopian Peoples’ Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF) which is on its second day in Hawassa is dwelling on the reports from the organizing committee regarding the implementation performance of the party on the directions issued on its 10th Convention.

Today, the Congress was divided in group to discuss the reports presented yesterday afternoon. The report from the organizing committee identified the success and failure stories in the implementation of the party direction during the past two years; the discussion focused on evaluating why these so called failures happened, sources told The Reporter.

Furthermore, the same sources indicated that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) did not attend today’s group discussion session.
