 Team Ethiopia at EU

Concluding his first World Economic Forum (WEF) stint at Davos, Switzerland, and having delivered his first address to one of the most prestigious gathering of the global elite, Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (PhD) paid a short visit to the snowy capital of the European Union (EU) where he wandered the halls of the EU Commission and schmoozed powerful men at Brussels including Donald Tusk, European Council President, Jean-Claude Juncker,European Union Commission President, and Federica Mogherini, EU Commission Vice President and High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.  Apart from that, the PM and his team visited the Ethiopian Embassy in Brussels and secured EUR 130 million in financing for job creation, sustainable energy and the establishment of agro-industrial parks in Ethiopia.
