Bayern Munich, the dominant force in Germany’s Bundesliga, is set to open a football training school center in Addis Ababa. The delegates of the club will be arriving in the capital to discuss with the Ethiopian Football Federation (EFF) on the opening of the school and the overall development of football in Ethiopia.

However, as Fikert’s time came to an end finishing his term, football projects and related activities were left unfinished.

During their stay in Addis, U-17 football matches among eight football clubs is being planned to be held in April 7, 2019. The aim of this tournament is to showcase youth talents in football to the representatives and to create awareness on the current football atmosphere in the country.
